All orders must include the item style number, quantity, shipping preference (UPS, FedEx, USPO) and your complete return address and phone number in the event we need to contact you.

Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed. Any returns must be made within one week of receipt. Since most designs are made to order by hand, a standard 10% restocking fee will be added to any returned items.
